The training layer is what an AI model absorbed about your brand in training, which it recalls without searching and which changes only when the model is retrained.
Chapter 7 says the layer is won by being consistently and factually present across the web models learn from, before they learn it, and that it moves slowly and compounds, which is why it is uncontested.
